teenage weight loss?
I’m so unhappy with the way i look all the time. I try to lose weight but nothing ever works. I’ve been fat my whole life and i don’t want to be anymore. I need help deciding what to do. Any suggestions?
well, don’t diet because that’s like.. not going to help you. you need to change your eating habits, do you over-eat? if so.. try eating smaller portions, you don’t have to change what you eat, but eat less of it. instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 6 small meals. don’t drink soda, maybe one a week if you’re used to drinking it everyday, don’t drink juices that are high in sugar either. try not to eat before you go to bed, stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime. keep an eye on your calorie intake, 1200-1500 is a good amount of calories to consume a day. you’ll have to work out as well, even if it’s just 45minutes a day, it can be done, you just have to try hard :] make a journal of what you eat, how often you work out.. etc. & good luck !!!!
